Good News at Camp Joy
Observatory finds home at Camp JoyCamp Joy and Warren County Astronomical Society (WCAS) will partner to provide a unique opportunity to campers and the Warren County community.·This opportunity is made possible by the donation of a·telescope by Jeff Blazey, an amateur astronomer, funds raised by the WCAS to build the observatory, and the use of Camp Joy's land, that is suitable for viewing the night sky because of low levels of light pollution. ·The Observatory, set to break ground this summer, will bring new experiences to the guests that attend Camp Joy·and serve as a way for the Warren County community to explore the night sky. ·For more info please visit - Warren County Astronomical Society For more information CLICK HERE |
